Nutrition Coaching in Northern Nevada

Stop Guessing What to Eat. Just Send a Photo.

No macros to track, no rigid meal plan to follow perfectly. Photograph what you eat, and your coach tells you exactly what to adjust, every single day.

How It Works

Three photos a day. That's the whole system.

Photograph your meals

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, whatever you're actually eating. No scale, no measuring cups, no logging every gram.

Get same-day feedback

Your coach reviews your day and tells you exactly what's working and what to adjust, before the habit has a chance to repeat itself for a week.

Adjust and repeat

No rigid plan to fail at. Just daily course correction that compounds into real, lasting change.

Sound Familiar?

You've tried the tracking apps. You've tried the meal plans.

You logged every gram for two weeks, then quietly stopped. Or you followed a rigid meal plan that fell apart the first time you ate at a restaurant or went to a birthday party. Either way, you ended up right back where you started, still not sure what you're actually supposed to be eating.

Motivation was never the plan. Daily feedback is.

If your nutrition depends on you having the discipline to log every meal perfectly, forever, it was always going to be the first thing to slip. You don't need another app. You need someone looking at what you're actually eating and telling you what to change.

What Changes

The system is the accountability. Not your willpower.

Daily nutrition support means you're never guessing what to eat, even on the days you're not training. This is what that actually looks like day to day:

  • Daily photo review, not a static meal plan you're left to interpret on your own
  • No calorie counting or macro tracking required to get real feedback
  • Real adjustments based on what you're actually eating, not what you think you should be eating
  • Dining out? Send us the menu before you order, and get guidance before you're stuck
  • Direct access to your coach for real-life moments, holidays, travel, and restaurants included
  • Works alongside your training program, or entirely on its own
The Divine Blueprint

Here's what success looks like

Real text exchanges between Divine Fitness coaches and clients showing daily food photo accountability

When most coaches say accountability, they mean they'll ask how your week went, next Tuesday. That's not accountability.

Our clients text their coach. Breakfast, a picture. Lunch, a picture. A glass of wine, a picture. We give feedback while the decision still matters, not after it's already happened.

This isn't about us grading someone's food. Sometimes it's a coach sending a picture of his own dinner to show what a balanced plate actually looks like. Sometimes it's helping a client figure out what she can actually grab on a long road trip, instead of just saying good luck. And sometimes it's talking someone through a discouraging morning on the scale, because the goal was never the fastest number, it was helping her understand what her body was actually doing.

We're not asking why you ate too much on Tuesday, seven days later. We're helping Tuesday.

What Results Look Like

Our focus is sustainability, not a quick number on the scale.

We don't care about a fast 10-pound drop that comes back in three months. We care about:

  • Losing 10 to 50+ pounds and keeping it off
  • Eating out without falling off track
  • Ending the all-or-nothing cycle for good
  • Building habits that last for years, not weeks

Who We're For

Built for people who are done tracking and starting over.

Maybe you've downloaded every calorie app and deleted every one of them by week three. Maybe a rigid meal plan has never once survived contact with an actual social life. You're not undisciplined, the format was just never built for how you actually live.

You want real feedback, not another spreadsheet to fill out. You want someone who actually looks at what you eat and tells you what to change, without demanding you weigh every ounce of chicken for the rest of your life.

This works best for people who want daily accountability without daily busywork.

If you're looking for a rigid meal plan with zero flexibility, we're probably not the right fit.

But if you want real, sustainable change that survives restaurants, holidays, and real life, you'll feel right at home here.

Before You Get Started

Nutrition Coaching, Explained

Do I have to weigh and measure everything I eat?

No. That's the entire point of the photo system, you send a picture of what you're actually eating, and your coach gives feedback based on that, not a spreadsheet of measurements.

How often do I need to send photos?

Most clients send a photo of each meal as they eat it. We'll go over the exact rhythm that fits your day during your strategy session.

What if I forget to photograph a meal?

It happens. Your coach works with what you send and helps you build the habit over time, this isn't about perfection, it's about consistent feedback.

What if I eat out a lot or travel often?

Send a photo of the menu before you order, or a photo of your plate once it arrives. Either way, you get real guidance instead of guessing or defaulting to "I'll just be good tomorrow."

Do you count calories or macros for me?

We focus on real, sustainable adjustments based on what you're actually eating, not forcing you to track numbers for the rest of your life. If specific tracking is genuinely useful for your goals, we'll talk about it during your strategy session.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Let us know during your strategy session. Your guidance is built around your actual diet, not a generic template that ignores it.

Does this work alongside personal training, or is it separate?

Both. Nutrition coaching pairs with in-person or online training, or stands entirely on its own if that's all you're looking for right now.
